On-call telephone support

Business hours, or 24/7, you'll have direct access to a NetThatWorks on-call engineer for all and any network infrastrcuture issues. From emergacny lights-out fault resolution to configuration and managemetn queires our engineers are there to provide peace of mind and on-tap expertise.

Coverage and response times can be varied to suit your budget and operational requirement. Calls can also be logged by email and SMS.

Active monitoring

Our optional Active Monitoring utilises a number of industry standard platforms, such as Nagios, RTG and SmokePing to keep a watch on your network. Spotting potential problems before the strike means your business can keep running uninterrupted.

We'll even pick up the warnings and alerts and take corrective action for you!

Vyatta updates and patches

Vyatta Ready logoOur Vyatta support, where taken, includes the application and rollout of all Vyatta updates and patches. Don't leave this important task on a to-do list, let NetThatWorks take care of it for you.

Don't use Vyatta?
No problem! We can support other platforms including Cisco and HP.

Rolling network improvement plan and review

  2. Drawing up a prioritised implementation task list;
  3. Incorporating this into a rolling improvement and maintenance plan;

We will then mange (and where required, undertake) the implementation. This includes regular reviews with you and your team to ensure both strategy and implementation remain aligned with changing business need.

As a core business asset your network infrastructure must be properly documented and that documentation maintained. Sadly, this is crucial task is all too often overlooked.
